Responsibilities of a Business Analyst duties and responsibilities include the ability to collect and analyze data for potential business expansion. Identify specific business opportunities. Influence stakeholders to support business projects. Lead projects and coordinating with other teams to produce better business outcomes. Testing business processes and recommending improvements.
Skill/Experience/Education
Mandatory Skills successful Business Analyst candidate should have various prerequisite skills and qualifications. Skills and qualifications include. BS/MS degree in an Information Technology or Business analytics. In-depth understanding of organizational data flow and its use in management decision-making. A minimum of 3 years analytics experience in financial services, audit or consulting. Must have knowledge data analytics tools and techniques. An Intermediate/expert SQL developer and one of the query tools such as Snowflake, MySQL, or similar. Able to understand various data structures and common methods in data transformation. Excellent oral and written communication skills to drive requirements analysis, discoveries and coordination with internal/external partners. Experience with AWS cloud and big data tools and technologies a plus. Experience in makreting communications ecosystem (email, SMS, Push) will candidate an edge. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Great analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Self-Starter and creative thinker, Strong adaptability and capacity to work in fast-paced environments.
