Endorsement Code3600--Elementary Education, 3601--Early Childhood, 3603--Early Education
Holds or eligible to hold WV Professional Teaching Certification in Elementary Education covering grades K-6.
A long-term sub or first-class permit can be considered for lack of qualified candidates.
