**Supervisor, Delivery Operations**

Delivery Operations Washington, District of Columbia Minimum Experience **Experienced** Compensation **Starting at $20 per hour** Our growth has created a need for a Supervisor, Delivery Operations to serve as a key leader who inspires, motivates, and plays a major role in leading our Delivery Ops organization. In this role, you will lead our delivery supply chain in the day to day, including delivery, logistics, quality assurance, and cold chain management. Your Responsibilities: Balance efficiency with a persistent focus on the customer experience, making Delivery Ops a differentiated advantage for V+B while also meeting required KPIs Partner cross-functionally within the company, including with Culinary Ops, Culinary R&D, Fulfillment Ops, Procurement, Customer Experience, People Operations, Growth / Marketing Ability to embrace and inspire our company mission and values within Delivery Operations Who You Are: 1+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, logistics, and/or supply chain functions (bonus if in a B2C environment and within the e-commerce perishables and/or delivery space, including logistics, distribution, transportation, customer service, production, and procurement) Tactical thinker, including excellent problem-solving skills Ability and willingness to have difficult conversations, if/when needed, tied to ensuring a high level of performance inside the delivery operations function Ability to work overnight shifts.
