Responsibilities POSITION SUMMARY: Coordinate all aspects of ISO 9001-2015; ISO/ IEC 17025-2017; minimum requirements of IATF 16949 (MAQMSR) standards and ensure that processes are defined and compliant and ensure the Quality Management System are established, implemented and maintained. RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for Quality, ISO documentation, training and team development to ensure compliance. Report performance of the quality management system and any need for improvement. Ensure the promotion of awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization. Work with external parties on matters relating to the quality management system. Assist in updating procedures at plant level. Monitor and oversee internal audit program and oversee outside audits. Work with Quality Assurance to manage Corrective Actions in CPro Database. Organize and present pertinent data at the quarterly Business Review. Provide analysis of data on Gage R&R and inter laboratory comparison experiments in accordance with requirements of ISO 17025 Maintain calibration of equipment related to A2LA Lab. 7. Internal proficiency testing Coordinate Berry's Supplier Quality Assurance Program The Quality Compliance Engineer will lead internal audit activities to ensure successful maintenance of ISO901 certification and compliance with the IATF 16949 Develops compliance plans by researching, and applying compliance engineering concepts, and criteria, developing and evaluating new compliance methodologies Determines compliance by establishing compliance test standards performing diagnostic procedures; measuring performance; analyzing and evaluating findings; support troubleshooting failures Other related duties as assigned. Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS: A Bachelor's Degree in applied mathematics, engineer, or technical-related Field Minimum 3 years of previous experience in a similar capacity required Experience of driving continuous quality improvement in a manufacturing environment Strong verbal and written abilities. Must be able to communicate fluently in English. Excellent computer skills, including MS Office applications and data entry required.
