**The Gig**

The Assistant Shop Leader will hold store atmosphere to a high standard and ensure a comfortable, clean, and well-maintained shop at all times, assist the Shop Leader in producing financial results through driving sales and managing costs, guarantee operational excellence to ensure a consistent experience for the tribe and guests, and ensure all &pizza policies and procedures are active, understood, and followed.

**THE MUST HAVES**

// At least 18 years of age // At least 2 years of restaurant leadership experience

// High school diploma or equivalency

// Able to work evenings, late nights, weekends + holidays

// Experience coaching, training, + developing teams

// Passion for the restaurant industry

// Partner + communicate effectively with a diverse group of people // Food Handlers license or ServSafe certification required // Enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

// Able to roll with the punches, effectively prioritize + problem solve
