Must Have:
- Sage Intacct
- Full Cycle AP experience
Responsibilities/Keys to hire
- Month end journal entries
- Full cycle AP and AR
- 80 invoices a week
- Payroll experience with ADP is a huge plus
- Excel: vlookup, sumif experience is a plus
- Process bi-monthly payroll and retirement plans
- Ensure compliance of all federal payroll and multi state withholdings
Requirements:
- 3+ years of relevant work experience preferred
- Intacct experience
