- Oversee and manage all aspects of the financial accounting, reporting, and control functions
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Provide accurate and timely financial reports and analysis to support management decision-making
- Monitor and analyze financial performance indicators, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement
- Coordinate the budgeting and forecasting process, working closely with department heads to establish financial targets and track performance against them
- Manage the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and collections
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and reporting requirements
- Collaborate with external auditors and tax advisors to facilitate audits and tax filings
- Stay up to date with accounting standards and regulations, and ensure the company's financial practices remain compliant
