The HCM Analyst is a key member of the HCM/HRIS team and will leverage their skills to build, support, maintain and enhance Berry's Oracle HCM platform. HCM is new to our company and we are looking for you to bring your experience to the team as a subject matter expert. Our group supports multiple, large-scale technology deployments across hundreds of plants and geographical regions, globally. The HCM Analyst will be the first level of response to issues, questions and requests; and will also help evangelize the platform and train our human resource professionals on the solution. Responsibilities The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Oracle HCM solution, including Core HR and other applications / suites within the platform Partner with other departments across HR to fully support the HCM solution and strategic priorities and projects set forth by IT and HR leadership Work with the functional owners and other stakeholders on the development of product enhancements and deployment; including test plans, UAT and training Execute change requests, service requests and ensure critical issues are resolved quickly Review Oracle HCM releases for changes and functionality being introduced or retired Champion innovation and change to drive continuous improvement Qualifications Minimum 2 years administering an Oracle HCM Cloud platform is required Oracle HCM certifications / formal training highly desirable Experience with Payroll, Time & Attendance, Performance Management, and other system inside Oracle HCM and/or as separate solutions is highly desirable Experience with fast formulas and OIC integrations are desirable, but not required Able to create cross-functional relationships and work in a global, matrixed environment Strong organizational skills with proven ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously Able to work independently, self-guided as well as part of the greater team Experience conducting design sessions, build, test and deployment Excellent communication skills Bachelor's Degree or greater preferred or with 3-5 years equivalent experience We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any other federal, state or local protected class.
