If you have experience working as an Operations Manager, Branch Manager, Store Manager, General Manager, etc. this opportunity may be an excellent match!Position Overview:Manage service and Installation personnel, to include managing skilled field labor crews, office personnel, managers, as well as P&LChampion improvement initiatives while bringing effective team building strategies into playPlan, manage, and implement schedules to meet daily customer commitments and ensure that the plan is properly executedEnsure projects are completed timely, below budget, and to the satisfaction of the customerReview monthly financial/operational reports and work with front-line managers to develop action plans to improveImprove individual performance of the field force you manage through daily, monthly and yearly performance reviewsWill assist with hiring, training and developing new employeesPerform other job-related responsibilities and projects as assignedQualifications:Bachelor's degree coupled with minimum five (5) years' managerial experience or high school diploma coupled with ten (10) years' managerial experience. Can consider an equivalent combination of education and experienceProficient with Windows based programs and preferably experienced with ERP/CRM systemsPossess an ability for technical applications and mechanical systemsGood driving record and valid driver's license requiredWhy DH Pace?
