**Description**

Veracity Logistics is looking for a Full-time Customer Service Representative for our warehouse office, located in the Clearfield Utah Freeport Center.

This is an exciting opportunity to provide front end customer service support to our shipping customers in the following responsibilities; scheduling, phone support, data entry, invoicing, inventory control, order processing and general office duties.

**Requirements**:

* Dependable and responsible.

* Positive, friendly and upbeat personality.

* Prior customer service experience.

* Conflict resolution skills to handle and resolve a multitude of customer matters.

* Multi-tasking abilities, organized and detail-oriented.

* Strong verbal and written communication skills.

* Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

* Accurate Typing/ 40+ WPM

* Experience in warehousing/ distribution environment helpful, but not required.

* Background Check/ Pre-Employment Drug Screen

**Education:**

* High school diploma or equivalent.

**Compensation Package:**

$12.50 13.50 Per Hour
