How will you build business:
Set goals to grow in the business and develop a niche market based on your passions and interests
Coordinate and develop joint work opportunities with other advisors to close more cases
Leverage other products and services such as investments, financial planning strategies, etc., through additional licensing or the licensed specialists at our firm, to increase your income level
Create a scalable practice where you can focus on what you love and leave the back-office work to us
Generate leads through networking, social media, and calling
Participate in community events and associations
Qualifications
Your Skill Set:
You have 2+ years of experience selling life insurance with a current book of business
You are independent
You have strong interpersonal and customer service skills
You're willing to go the extra mile for clients
You are a strong communicator and able to present information clearly
You are passionate about helping families find peace of mind with insurance
You are creative and enjoy finding solutions for your client's needs
