Career development opportunities, including on-the-job training, tuition reimbursement, and networking.* A positive work environment where employees are respected, supported, and engaged.Description:* Serve as the Government's main POC and provide overall leadership and guidance for all contractor personnel assigned to the TO.* Shall monitor task progress and ensure tasks will be completed on time and, if necessary, coordinate with the requester for additional time or clarity.* Shall be ultimately responsible for the quality and efficiency of the TO, to include both technical issues and business processes.* Shall have organizational authority to execute the requirements of the TO.* Meets weekly with the government to discuss activities, identify resource issues, and clarify priorities.* Provides monthly status reports, monitoring the quality assurance, progress/status reporting and program reviews applied to the TO.* Within the monthly status report, shall provide the following information: sub-tasks worked, hours expended by labor category and costs by labor category.* Shall document its accounting procedures for tracking labor hours.* Prepares a Plan of Accomplishment that will address any changes made at the time and serve as the vehicle for establishing firm dates for incremental deliverables.* Shall have the authority to commit the contractor's organization and make decisions in response to Government issues, concerns, or problems.* Shall be readily available to respond to Government questions, concerns, and comments, as well as be proactive in alerting the Government to potential contractual or programmatic issues.Job RequirementsDesired experiences:* At least 8 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.* Demonstrates comprehensive mission knowledge and skills that affirms completion of all developmental training and experiences for the labor category.* Demonstrates ability to communicate understanding from information that may be incomplete, indirect, highly complex, seemingly unrelated, and / or technically advanced.* Demonstrates ability to work independently with minimal oversight and direction.* Demonstrates ability to collaborate and work with other IC members on information sharing, driving collection, and addressing analytic disputes and conflict resolution.* Demonstrates ability to lead teams in researching multifaceted or critical problems.Desired education:* Bachelor's degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.* An additional 4 years of experience in the specific labor category, for a total of 12 years of experience in the specific labor category, may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.Security Clearance:* Security clearance required TS/SCI with CI POLY or the ability to obtain CI POLY.Location:* Reston, VA.Prescient Edge is a Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB) founded as a counterintelligence (CI) and Human Intelligence (HUMINT) company in 2008.
