Through our deep consulting backgrounds supporting the unique needs of our clients, our team members have gained relevant experience while leading strategic initiatives within the civilian and IC Government agencies.RCS is seeking an experienced Cloud Developer , with a current TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance, to provide development , engineering, and programming support as a member of a multi-cloud management adviso ry services team supporting national security objectives.The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of cloud computing and technology systems and experience d eveloping applications for the cloud in the c ommercial c loud e nvironment. They will provide unbiased, independent advisory services on cloud services' use, performance, and delivery.What you will do:+ Provide development engineering and programming support to mission supporting applications+ Develop, create, and modi fy general computer applications software or specialized utility programs+ Analyze user needs and develop software solutions.+ Design and/or customize software for client use with the aim of optimizing operational efficiency+ Convert program's multi-cloud management requirement specifications and statements of problems and procedures to detailed logical flow charts for coding into computer language.+ Develop and write computer programs to store, locate, and retrieve specific documents, data, and information+ Analyze functional applications and design specifications for functional activities+ Develop code, test, and debug new software or enhancements to existing software+ Perform maintenance of existing software products and contributes knowledge of mission applications+ Provide technical support in the evaluation of prime object names, data elements, and other objects+ Ensure proposed object definitions are clear, concise, technically correct, and that they represent singular concepts+ Ensure that proposed objects are consistent with data and process models , and work with the technical staff to understand and resolve problems with software+ Resolve customer complaints with the software and respond to suggestions for improvements and enhancements+ Develop block diagrams and logic flow charts , and p repare required documentation+ May analyze and design databases within an application area, working individually or coordinating database development as part of a teamBasic Qualifications:+ Clearance: Must have an active TS/SCI with FS Polygraph+ Certification and/or demonstrated technical knowledge in multiple cloud platforms (e.g., Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, Oracle Cloud, and IBM Cloud)+ Demonstrated ability to interpret and convey technical requirements+ Demonstrated ability translating customer needs into efficient, functional code+ Demonstrated ability developing and maintaining highly fault-tolerant applications and systems+ Knowledge of software redundancy and software development best practices and ability to apply appropriately+ Experience identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement new onesRCS is an equal employment opportunity employer.
