Program Analyst- TI Management SupportWashington, DCPosition is in the Program Executive Office for Ballistic Submarines (PEO SSBN), COLUMBIA Class Program Office, PMS 397, providing support to the Acquisition / Business Director (PMS 397A).Incumbent will support PMS 397A in management and tracking of program resources through the administration of Task Instructions (TI)Specific activities will include:* Planning, tracking, and reporting on financial status, to include obligations and expenditures.* Monitoring execution performance and identifying areas where adjustments may be neededRequirements:* Bachelor's Degree* US Citizen with a Secret Security Clearance* Previous financial management experience, preferably in support of a Navy acquisition program* Preferred experience includes experience with the following systems or tools:* NAVSEA Enterprise Planning System (NEPS)* Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)* Program / Budgeting Information System (PBIS) Web* Computer Optimized Batch Reconciliation Application (COBRA)* Budget Planning System (BPS)* NAVSEA Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW)* Advana Dormant Account Review Quarterly (DAR-Q)ORBIS offers an excellent benefits package and competitive salary in a professional atmosphere.
