StartDate: 6/3/2024Available Shifts: 8 DPay Rate: $2010.60 - $2215.76
This Visiting Nurse Association offers skilled nursing, rehabilitation, infusion and personal care services to care for patients with a number of conditions. Available 24 hours-a-day, seven days a week, this VNA s home healthcare team develops individualized care plans to treat people who need specialized services. With a care-giving model based on optimal patient outcomes, the ideal candidate will bring experience, innovation and passion to their role.

2 years of Home Health Experience
