To learn more about Berry, visit Responsibilities Maintain the Quality Management System to develop a consist operating system that meets Corporate objectives. Oversee Internal ISO and SQF Auditors acting as Lead Internal Auditor. Oversee Printing QA Quality Inspectors and Tech at AW. Track and trend Printing Issues and Customer Complaints at AW. Oversee departmental ISO/SQF Team Leaders and insure that they are completing their responsibilities outlined in meetings. Ensure that processes needed for the quality management system are established, implemented, and maintained. Report to top management on the performance of the quality management system and any need for improvement Ensure the promotion of awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization Provide procedures at all levels to ensure meeting and exceeding internal and external customer's needs and expectations. Develop an environment of continuous improvement in every aspect of the company's products and service. Seek out systems, programs, and processes that enhance continuous growth of the company. Combine internal resources with the Voice of the Customer to exceed customer expectations. Apply quality principles to the development of the organization. Continue to communicate, corporate-wide, the company's vision, culture, and operation to develop a world class organization. Maintain and enforce all company safety, environmental and Department of Health requirements. Responsible for ensuring all standards of IMS, ISO and SQF are met. Serve as Evaluator for EVV TICS. Oversee the development, implementation, review, management and maintenance of the plant's Food Packaging Safety Programs including the SQF System. Communicate to relevant personnel all information essential to ensure the effective implementation and maintenance of the SQF System. Take appropriate action to maintain the integrity of the SQF and HACCP System. Validate changes to Food Packaging Safety Fundamentals and HACCP Plan that have an impact on the ability to deliver safe, quality food packaging. Responsible for the validation and verification of the following SQF requirements: Pre-requisite programs Control points Micro sampling, inspection and analysis for Food Packaging Safety Schedule and lead internal audits for Food Safety (GMP/HACCP Team) Qualifications Knowledge of JDE Trained on ISO Standards Trained on SQF Standards HACCP Certified Strong motivational and communication skills. High level of organization and managing skills. AUTHORITIES: Make changes/updates and process TICS for plant Hold/Release Product Facilitate Management Review Meetings Facilitate ISO/SQF Auditing Program DESIGNATED BACKUPS: The AW Quality Tech is the ISO and SQF back up. In the event she is not available the Printing Managers and Plant Manager are the designated backups for both ISO and SQF.
