To learn more about Berry, visit Responsibilities Under the general supervision of the Operations Manager, performs duties related to the training, evaluating, and supporting of all Nashville Site employees in their professional development. Administers New Hire Orientation and Learning Assessments with new employees. Conduct Operations portion of new Hire Orientation Coordinates and Updates required OSHA training for all site personnel with EHS Representative and ensures completion gaps are known by hiring managers. Coordinates all training needed for employees as stated in their Training Needs Assessment. Maintains the employees' written and/or electronic training files. Administrator of the employee-training database. Develops and administers site-specific training programs pertaining to but not limited to all Extrusion, Printing, and Rework Operations. Represents site for internal and external audits of the training systems. Report progress of training programs and training hours monthly. Maintains Training documents and materials on the site network for employee use. Organize and set-up specific training needs as requested by department managers. Conducts, updates, creates, and oversees the completion of Positional Impact on Quality (PIQ) training for all Nashville Site Employees. Responsible for maintaining and updating the site Pay for Skill Programs on an annual basis or as required. Qualifications Education: Bachelors. Degree preferred Experience : Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing experience,with at least 2 years' experience in an manufacturing training environment.
