Overview We are looking for an experienced Injection Molding Technical to Process Technician team.This excellent Mold Technical Group Leader is knowledgeagble in the maitenance and repair of industrial size injection molding equipment. Job details: Job Type: Full-time 12 hours Night Shift: 6:50PM to 7:00AM Alternating every two weeks, 2, 2, 3, 2 schedule (Works every other weekend) Shift Differential Hiring Bonus: $1,000.00 Referral Bonus: $1,000.00 per referral Bi-Annual Bonus Compensation Benefits: Berry offers three insurance plans. Full medical, dental and vision insurance are provided with this position. If elected, insurance coverage begins the first day of the month following 30 days of employment. We also offer life insurance, disability and 401k plan with 50% company match up to 6% of contribution. Responsibilities Perform plastic injection mold change-overs Change cavities and cores that have been damaged Perform adjustments to molding machines to optimize the cycle and to make good quality parts Assist with color and material changes Trouble shoot Mechanical issues and determine an appropriate action plan. Monitor and ensure scrap is being accounted for accurately. Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. One-year certificate from college or technical school or three to six months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience. Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. Mathematical Skills: Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and fundamentals of plane and geometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, and proportions to practical situations. Reasoning Ability: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
