Position Overview: We are recruiting for a Business Process Improvement Consultant who will manage projects to include providing recommendations and execution for the following areas: Designing and streamlining business processes, prioritizing actions, stakeholder engagement, holding workshops focused on strategy activation. Responsibilities: Provide assistance to operationalize organizational strategies by developing implementation plans, prioritizing actions, monitoring progress, and developing performance measurements
Provide assistance with standing up new business processes for action tracking, project monitoring, measuring performance, managing corrective action, programmatically closing down unsuccessful projects, continuous improvement, and stakeholder engagement
Execute issue sprints to advance organizational strategies via interviews, stakeholder facilitation, analysis, and synthesis of key points
Design and execute governance processes to implement organizational strategies, including integrating strategies with current processes, standing up decision-making mechanisms, and establishing an enduring capability for tracking implementation progress
Design and implement processes and functions for soliciting and evaluating proposals, maturing solutions, and portfolio management processes
Support production of internal and external briefing materials, conducting stakeholder outreach, and holding workshops focused on activating organizational strategies Required Qualifications:
Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required. #qinetiqclearedjob
Experience with AGILE methodologies to work with project team Scrum Masters to track strategy implementation progress and provide office leadership with potential options that leverage industry leading practices for establishing more lean agile approaches. Experience demonstrating knowledge of business processes and process improvement methodologies
Experience working cross-functionally with other groups across the client s organization
