**Charter Sales Coordinator**

Revenue Management Columbus, Ohio Minimum Experience **Entry-level** Compensation **DOE** Summary:

A Charter Sales Coordinator (CSC) is part of the front-line team that prices and coordinates all Charter revenue for Jet Edge. The Charter Sales Coordinator works closely with nearly all departments within Jet Edge, including but not limited to: Flight Operations, Maintenance Control, Inflight Services, Owner Services, Client Services, Finance and others to maximize aircraft profitability.

The CSC is responsible for providing the highest degree of service and fostering deep relationships with our wholesale charter clients and partners. The shifts we are currently looking to fill are Wednesday- Saturday from 4 PM- 2 AM.

Responsibilities:

* Ability to judge and communicate charter market supply and demand trends

* Understand dynamic pricing principles as they relate to the charter jet marketplace

* Interpret data to accurately price assets within monthly unit revenue and utilization targets

* Operate independently within guidelines as set by management as well as in a team environment

* Ability to remain calm under high pressure and stress

* Provide exceptional customer service to high touch individuals

* Maintain a high degree of professionalism at all times

* High attention to detail and process

* Solution-based attitude and ability to creatively problem solve

* Ability to negotiate unemotionally and effectively

* Strong multitasking and prioritization skills

* Understand dynamic pricing as it relates to Jet Edge KPIs and goals set by management

* Work efficiently and effectively with all Jet Edges systems including Flight Operations System (FOS), Avinode, SharePoint, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Salesforce, DocuSign and others.

* Understand the fundamentals of flight operations and basic regulations within the National Airspace System

* Understand costs, permits, limitations and other factors in international flight operations

* Build and maintain relationships within the Part 135 brokerage community

* Other projects and tasking as assigned by Management

Qualifications:

* Bachelors degree highly preferred but not required

* 3 years experience working in Part 135 aviation highly preferred

* Ability to learn and adapt quickly

* Extremely strong work ethic

* High degree of moral and ethical fortitude
