Job Description:

The Location Manager role is a Leadership Development program with an accelerated career path towards becoming a General Manager (larger location) or Branch Manager (smaller location) in 2 years. During this time you will be trained on all aspects of the business in the following departments; Production, Sales Service, shadow in the Outside Sales and Office departments. The 1st year you will spend time in a Production Manager role, 2nd year you will spend time in a Service Manager role. Some locations may incorporate the KAM (Key Account Manager) role as part of the rotation.
