Zachary Piper Solutions is currently looking for a WebEx Administrator/Business Analyst in Washington, DC supporting a Federal Customer. Responsibilities for the WebEx Administrator/Business Analyst: * Setup Web/Audio Conference meetings * Meeting coordination and review for complex meetings * RFI/RFQ Review for outsourced meetings * Administration of WebEx for Onboard/Offboard * Create and share WebEx invitations with all functionality required for the WebEx event * Manage rehearsals from beginning to end, answering questions as needed and verifying that speakers, moderators, event owners are comfortable with their parts during the WebEx Qualifications for WebEx Administrator/Business Analyst: * 1-3+ of experience as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, Business Analyst or related role * 1-2+ years of experience using and administering WebEx * Must be willing to work onsite * Must be able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance Compensation for the WebEx Administrator/Business Analyst: * Salary Range: $55,000 - $70,000 based on specific years of experience WebEx experience * Full Benefits: Cigna Medical, Delta Dental, VSP Vision, 401k Match through Voya, Paid National Holidays, PTO Keywords: WebEx, Webex, Cisco Webex, WebEx administration, Business Analyst, Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, video administration, audio, video, Washington DC, cleared, WebEx, Skype, Zoom, GoTomeeting, GoTo Meeting, Microsoft Teams, Teams, Google hangout, pubic trust, security clearance, government, federal
