Job Description Location: Alexandria, VA - May occasionally be required to work at an Arlington Office Provide system administrators support services for the personnel security case management system (eWORKS), perform system testing, trouble shooting, and identify areas of improvement. Codify eWORKS related functionality and workflows as they relate to business process improvements. Provide technical demonstrations, training and communicate with the user, and stakeholder community to encourage the proper use of eWORKS or address system issues to users and stakeholder. Develop, support, and maintain cooperative relationships with others at all levels of the corporation, and manage large volumes of data entry and background investigation material. Properly safeguard Privacy Act Protected Information and Personal Identifiable Information. Assist the Personnel Security Unit with any personnel security & suitability tasks identified in this Statement of Work as needed.
