Railhead is presently seeking multiple professionals, including a Senior Instructor to work in Chantilly, Virginia supporting ODNI. Responsibilities: - Provides dedicated support to one specific office; provides general support to other Directorates, Offices, and Centers as required.
- Obtains information needed to prepare in-house training program.
- Facilitates all programs to train all levels of personnel across the organization.
- Administers experiential learning experiences/simulations.
- Works with ISDs to continuously revise lesson plans to meet new training requirements and to keep technical information up to date.
- Coordinates with TAs on class arrangements, conducts training classes, and develops criteria for evaluating training effectiveness.
- Keeps abreast of information technology training needs, trends, methods, new materials, and techniques. Qualifications: - Position requires TS/SCI with Polygraph level clearance.
- BA/BS and 18+ years of experience is required or a master s and 10+ years of experience, including eight (8) years analytic experience working as an intelligence analyst within the IC.
- On-the-job experience in providing formal classroom instruction to junior intelligence analysts (as assigned or adjunct faculty); and
- A bachelor s degree or equivalent professional experience (Series 0132; GG/GS-13 or higher)
- Documented, comprehensive, and extensive ability to provide instructor-led IC analytic training in a formal (onsite) classroom setting.
- Documented, comprehensive, and extensive knowledge of IC Analytic Standards, analytic tradecraft and methodologies, and experience applying them to resolve intelligence problems.
- Documented, comprehensive, and extensive knowledge of the IC s structure and IC member organizations roles and capabilities regarding analytic matters.
- Excellent ability to deliver effective oral presentations and prepare written course materials that clearly convey learning objectives and relevant course content; and
- Demonstrable, working knowledge of IC collaboration tools associated with INTELINK-SBU and INTELINK.
